Adesola Adetoye is the Head of Operations, Youth Employment & Social Support Operation, Osun State Operation Coordinating Unit. He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics of University of Ibadan, where he bagged his B.Sc and Masters degrees. He is in possession of certificates in Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making, Delft-Netherlands and Challenges of Global Poverty, Massachusetts Institute of Technology-USA. He has attended various courses both within and out of the Country on Social Protection Practices, Total Quality Management, Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Project Management, Sustainable Land Management, Environmental and Social Impact of Projects, World Bank's Monitoring and Evaluation Methods, Public Procurement, Budget Monitoring and Price Intelligence, Statistical and Econometric Analysis.
Adetoye has more than 16 years of post-qualification experience in private and public sectors, coupled with tremendous working experience in development works. He had a stint with LKD, a firm of Chartered Accountants in Lagos as Management Trainee and later as Assistant Consultant. He joined the University of Ibadan Business outfit and rose to become Unit Manager before joining the State of Osun as Consultant Economist, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist under Fadama III (2008-2014). He is a Member of Agricultural & Applied Economics Association, USA. He enjoys Chess, photography, team work.
